GENERAL CONTEST RULES
Thomas Falls, Inc.
may from time to time conduct contests concurrently and/or
simultaneously, i.e. (website, radio and television stations, etc.)
Thomas Falls, Inc., will conduct its contests substantially as described
in these general contesting rules, and by participating, each
participant agrees as follows:

Prize.
The Winner will be determined by their comment in the "Most Original
Reason I Want to Zip-line" section in the below form. The prize that
may be awarded to the eligible winner is non- transferable,
redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All
prizes must be redeemed within fourteen (14) days of the contest end
date unless otherwise stated in the contest’s official rules.
Certain prizes are date specific and the winner or winners must be
available on the dates specified. Winners will be contacted via
email. If a winner cannot be contacted, or is disqualified for any
reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner
or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.

Eligibility
and Limitations. Participants and winners must be at
least 18-years old and fall within the height and weight guidelines as
laid out on the
website's faq page.

Winner may not transfer
their prize to anyone else. Please note that the person that
wins the zip-line pass is the only person that may use it.
You may not assign it to a family member, friend, neighbor, etc.

Only one (1) winner per
household within a thirty (30) day period. Employees and members of
their household, or immediate family are not eligible to participate and
win.

Winner must sign a
participation waiver before participation.

Publicity;
Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed
by law, all participants and winner grant Thomas Falls, Inc.
exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs,
voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this
and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or
remuneration for such use. (Personal information, such as mailing
address, phone, email address, etc. will not be used.)
